HDPE Pipe and Drip Irrigation Pipe Production Line
This line is special design as per customer requirements, to produce 20-63mm HDPE pipe and 16-20mm drip irrigation pipe with one same line. To combined two pipe productions on one line can help customer to save certain amount investment cost.
Technical Features of Pipe Production Line:
1) SJ-65 extruder with big output for 20-63mm HDPE pipe production
2) filter screen changer can be added; considering recylced raw material will be used.
3) two separate die heads; one is for 20-63mm HDPE pipe; another is for 16-20mm drip irrigation pipe. Separate die head can be easy for prodution arrangement.
4) 5 meter vacuum tank; and 2 sets of 5 meter cooling flumes
5) PQ-500 Belt type hauling machine; both for big size HDPE pipe hauling and for small size drip irrigation pipe hauling. Hauling stress can be adjusted freely, to prevent that pipe been pressed flat.
6) Dustless cutting machine for HDPE pipe cutting
7) Winding machine for drip irrigation pipe winding; and also for 16-32mm HDPE.
8) Pipe stacker for straight HDPE pipe
