EVOH Oxygen Barrier Composite Pipe Production Line/EVOH Composite Pipe Extrusion Line

Pipe Type and Application:
1) three layer or five layer structure; PEXb/EVOH, PERT/EVOH, PB/EVOH, PA/EVOH, PPR/EVOH, PEXa/EVOH etc;
2) this EVOH composite pipe is mainly used on floor heating system because of its high oxygen barrier advantage

Features of Pipe Production Line:
1) Advanced co-extrusion technology with several extruders and co-extrusion die head mold, which makes the composite pipe bond firmly with precise size.
2) The screw and barrel are specially designed according to the property of EVOH resin. It's suitable for stable extrusion of high melt pressure of oxygen barrier resin.
3) Precise control system of pipe weight per meter to realize the constancy of pipe weight and line running according to set paramters. The application of this system can shorten the start-up time and improve the pruduced pipe quality , and save raw material.
4) Upgrade the machine can produce single layer pipe, and also three-layer or five layer EVOH oxygen barrier composite pipe with one line.
5) SIEMENS PLC control system with sync control sytem
