Design Feature of Pipe Production Line

1) Based on the great researches and applications of different materials, the high output self-designed extruder has many advantages, such as high speed, high efficiency, better stability, etc., especially the high efficient five-section screw which can ensure the rapid plasticizing of raw material and guarantee the high speed and stable production.

2) Creatively designed spiral pressure storage die head which is also our patented product is equipped in the production line. It can effectively overcome the problem of extrusion pressure’s instantaneous fluctuation and make sure materials can be extruded at high speed and constant pressure.

3) Programmable control system is applied, which effectively improves the synchronization and operability of the entire line. It can not only allow workers to operate machine with less time and less effort, but also allow the managers to know the operation conditions in real time.

4) Gravimetric material dosing system for pipe weight per meter control can be added as an option. This system is used to accurately control material feeding quantity. The feeding accuracy can be less than 5‰. Application of this system can not only shorten the machine start-up time and improve pipe quality, but also save raw material.

5) New generation of intelligent auto winding machine can achieve fully automatic process of pipe winding, coil changing, cutting, packaging and coil unloading at set length without any human intervention. High precise servo traversing device is equipped to achieve the uniform winding and adjustable pitch, ensuring pipe coils are nicely arranged while the pipes are produced at a high production speed. The unique designed tension control device can enable the winding speed to synchronize with the line speed, reducing the manual intervention.

Technical Data:

Fully automatic pipe winding machine is used for 50-60m/min PERT pipe line. The pipe is auto cutted and coil is auto changed. A pipe accumulator is also equipped.
